Domestic Delivery within the UK

Delivery is FREE on all orders if your address is within the United Kingdom Mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or Outer Hebrides. The price you see for each product is exactly the price that you will pay at the checkout - there are no other hidden handling, packing or postage charges when shopping online with Delune unless you choose to upgrade your Delivery Service.

Most small items will be delivered by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post which generally gets delivered within 2-3 working days.

You can upgrade during checkout to optional tracked delivery (£6.50) which will provide you a number to monitor the items whereabouts from the RoyalMail.com website.

Overseas Delivery

European delivery is free. All other international countries are also free.

Please note that customs may hold deliveries and delay their arrival in your host country. Once they have left our hands we have no control at all. We cannot be held liable for any delays imposed by your country, nor any fees or taxes that may be levied upon your packages arrival.

Tracked delivery for Europe is £8.50 and rest of the world is £12.50. You will get a number to monitor the items whereabouts from the RoyalMail.com website.

Holidays and busy periods

During the lead up to holidays the number of orders we receive increases significantly, as does the volume of parcel traffic in the mail network, and this may cause delays. During these periods mail networks sometimes get a little behind with deliveries.

This should be taken into consideration - particularly for overseas customers placing orders before a Public Holiday, and especially within 2 weeks of the Christmas Holidays.

Order Processing

Please note that once your order has been submitted and paid for, it is automatically in processing. Ingredients will have been ordered for your item and it is placed within the order queue.

Therefore, in the event of you cancelling your order before it has been shipped, we reserve the right to take a £12.50 manual handling fee from your refund.
